SchoolBase is a cloud MIS solution, however if a school would prefer to self-host then they are able to do so. **Do you have a Parent Portal?** Yes. There is a SchoolBase portal for Teachers, Parents and Students. There is also a portal available for Prospective Parents to manage your admissions process. From your Calendar to the Timetable, Activity Registration through to setting homework the portal is a powerful tool for engaging with the school community.  **How much is it?**  SchoolBase is priced on pupil numbers so please get in touch for a proposal. **Does your MIS manage admissions?** Yes. SchoolBase started life as an admissions system and has powerful tools incorporated to help manage your admissions process. From customisable enquiry forms through to marketing analysis using SchoolBase's in built analytics you have the tools at hand to boost your admissions process. As the admissions module is part of the SchoolBase MIS there is no double data entry and the data flow from admissions through to your wider MIS is seamless. **What Pastoral functions do you** **have?** SchoolBase has a full range of pastoral tools from Rewards & Sanctions through to Safeguarding and Wellbeing functionality. Having all this information viewable in one place using our permissions manager means schools do not have to aggregate data from multiple sources, saving busy staff much needed time. **Do you have an HR module?** Yes, schools are able to record and manage staff data along with additional features such as CPD management and training requests **Do you integrate with Sage or any other accountancy software?** Yes, we are an approved Sage reseller and support partner. We are able to offer support on Sage 50, Sage 200 and Sage for Education (S4E). Different accountancy software? No problem we also work with many other accountancy software suppliers and finance software suppliers. **Do you have school communications included such as text/email?** SchoolBase provides a wide range of in-built communication tools such as Text Messaging, Email, Portal notice boards and Push Notifications. **Can we design our own teacher reports?** Yes you can. SchoolBase comes with its own report designer allowing you to create a number of different reports. **How easy is it to get data out of your software?** Very easy! Along with our powerful report designer SchoolBase also has an export builder, an analytics module and a script runner if required. **What support/training do you offer?** Every school receives full support with their SchoolBase licence along with a Professional Services provision for the school to use on training or a multitude of other helpful services. **What is the onboarding/migration process like?** Every new school has a dedicated Project Manager assigned to them who walks you through the on-boarding process, from Data-migration through to training.
