- June 3rd - Building your timetable from scratch in SchoolBase
For Prep schools and those with younger pupils, we know that a number of schools like to build their timetable directly into SchoolBase rather than using a timetabling package. This session takes you through the process step by step and also includes a look at how you can use the copy functions to make this as easy and seamless as possible.
- June 10th- Importing your Timetable into SchoolBase
The majority of our schools use a timetabling package to develop their timetables and then wish to import these into SchoolBase. Here we will take you through importing timetables from start to finish. The session will be based around importing from Timetabler by Keith Johnson but will be relevant for importing from all providers.
- June 17th- The Annual Rollover- Preparation and Implementation
At the end of the academic year every school has to undertake the rollover or 'Annual sort-out' process to determine the new class structure and move pupils over to their next year and form groups. Preparation for this needs to start now with the use of your 'Shadow year' functionality. This webinar will explain the preparation work required which you can be doing now, and how to implement the rollover on the day.
- June 24th- Testing and tracking in SchoolBase
SchoolBase has a full tracking module to enable you to track progress on an individual and cohort-based level, with a range of reports to meet your needs. This session will take you the workflow from importing and entering data to generating the outputs you require.
- July 1st- Communication in SchoolBase with a focus on Mail Merge
SchoolBase is implementing significant phased improvements to its communication module as the new html emails attest. This session takes you through all of the communication possibilities within SchoolBase before then focusing particularly on the Mail Merge functionality and how to make the most of this area.
- July 8th- The Medical Module in SchoolBase
SchoolBase has a full medical module with 'Treatments' and 'Accident Book' menu items and a range of different data recording and reporting functions for the medical area. This webinar will take you through all of the functionality available to medical staff and best practices for using and recording this.
